A seat is a person on the team. From 50 people the rate drops for the whole team, not just for those above 50. The minimum invoice is for 10 seats.

How billing works

The full subscription terms are accepted when you create a workspace. Here is what they mean in practice.

Per-person pricing
Applies to Leave & Absence. Everyone in the workspace people directory counts, because leave is managed for the whole team.
Free trial
14 days with every feature, without a card. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
Monthly plan
No commitment. You can cancel at any time, and the workspace stays active until the end of the paid month.
Yearly plan
15% less, billed upfront and non-refundable. People added during the year are billed monthly in proportion to the days remaining.
Late payment
The workspace keeps working fully for a week, then switches to read-only. HR data is never deleted because of a payment.
Leaving
Export balances, history and reports to Excel in one click before you go.

Before you pay

Do we need a card to try a tool?

No. The trial gives you 14 days of full access without a card.

How do you invoice?

One invoice per period for all the tools you use, sent by email and available in the workspace.

What if our team grows?

On a monthly plan the next invoice reflects the new number of people. On a yearly plan, added people are billed monthly in proportion to the days remaining in the year.

Is there a limit on team size?

No. The rate per person goes down at 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1,000 people, to €1.90 per person.
