Add products, drop in photos and set their order. You download a ZIP where every file is already named in Amazon’s convention.
Enter an ASIN, EAN, UPC, JAN or ISBN for each product. Invalid identifiers are flagged straight away with the reason.
The order in the list is the order on the listing. The first photo becomes MAIN, then PT01 to PT08. Names update as you move them.
One archive for all products. Upload it through Bulk Image Upload in Seller Central or the image upload in Vendor Central.
By the file name alone: identifier, then the slot code, separated by dots. One extra character and the photo won’t attach.

No. The tool runs entirely in your browser: photos are read, checked and packaged on your device, and the page makes no network requests with your files. Close the tab - and nothing of yours remains anywhere.
Yes - it is how bulk upload works. The Bulk Image Upload tool in Seller Central and the image upload in Vendor Central match files to products by the filename: identifier, then a variant code, separated by periods. One listing edited by hand in the UI does not need it; catalogues uploaded in bulk do.
The main image plus up to eight alternates - MAIN and PT01 through PT08 - and one colour swatch (SWCH). The tool counts this for you and marks anything over the limit.
About photos smaller than Amazon likes (under 1000px zoom will not work), non-square images, a main image that is not JPEG or whose background does not look white, files over 10 MB and unusual formats. Warnings do not block the ZIP - they simply tell you what Amazon may reject.
