This Privacy Policy sets out what personal data Rankform (‘we’) collects, why, how long we keep it and what rights the data subject has. We process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch implementing act (UAVG).
The website has no forms and asks you for nothing. We receive personal data only when you write to us yourself, that is, from the email you send:
The site shows no advertising and sells no data. For visit statistics we use Google Analytics — only if you agree to it in the cookie banner; until you agree, no analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the ‘Cookies’ link at the bottom of the page.
We use the data in your email solely to reply to your enquiry and, where we both agree, to discuss working together. The legal basis is your consent, given by writing to us, and, at the contracting stage, the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
We keep enquiry data for as long as we need it to deal with the enquiry, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last exchange if no contract follows. After that we delete it.
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. It may be processed on our instructions by providers of technical infrastructure (hosting, email, web analytics) that offer an adequate level of protection, and it may be disclosed in response to a lawful request from the authorities.
Data that a client company uploads to its workspace on the Rankform platform belongs to that client. Company workspaces are isolated from one another, and access within a company is controlled by the roles the client defines. Processing of that data is covered by a separate agreement with the client.
You have the right to be told how your data is processed, to have it corrected or erased, to withdraw your consent, and to restrict or object to processing. To exercise those rights, write to us at the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
